"I usually come to Valvoline to get my oil changed, but this experience was just truly exceptional! The staff were very courteous, kind, and quick with service. I would love to give a shout out to Whip and Ayana for their friendly customer, service, and professionalism. Whip who I believe is the manager, took my Groupon and let me know more information about it, because I was skeptical about it in the first place. Whip reassured me that if there was anything that I ever needed that she would be more than happy to help me out. Everyone was so amazing and I just wanted to make sure that all all of you know how great they are so go to Valvoline and get your oil changed!"

"l almost always go to Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Richmond Rd. to get the oil changed in my car. I never have to wait more than about 5 minutes for them to start on my oil. They change the oil quickly and are very courteous and professional. Most of all, they have NEVER pressured me into buying filters, wipers, etc. Many other places have tried to pressure me into buying additional services I do not want. This has never happened to me at Valvoline."

"Visit incurred on 1/19/24 I visit this location often due to the quality of customer service and their ability to get the job done in a timely manner. Basic oil change is what I get, I'm not offended if the employee offers to explain any additional services that may be suggested. On this visit, I arrived with two vehicles in bay 1 & and 2, and another's customer was pulling into bay 3. I awaited for the staff to great me and was met by a new employee. He did his job, guided me, and did what was required at the time. I counted 6 employees within sight. The Manger, which on previous occasions is very nice and working with her crew, seemed a little more relaxed in the role that she holds. There was another female for whatever reason told another employee (dressed so warmly that you can only see his eyes no name tag) that she was going to take her time and make him wait to do her job. I waited in bay 4, while bay 1,2,3, received their desired services. Once I waited for an additional 15-20 minutes for them to complete the oil change in bay 3, I was then guided into bay 4. The manager that popped out of nowhere prior to the completion of bay 3's oil change, she scanned my car and proceeded to ask for the desired service. I responded with a basic oil change, and she commented basic oil change and then vanished. I noticed she selected max life oil change and informed the employee (dressed so warmly) that she had made a mistake and that I requested a basic oil change. Before he did his inspection, I informed him that I have a K&N filter and do not require them to remove it and show it to me. The female employee that had earlier commented to another employee she was going to intentionally make wait proceeded to remove my air filter. Then tell me, "I'm not sure what this is. We don't carry this, but this is what it looks like." Then I realized why she wanted me to wait. She had intended on using the oil extraction devise to proceed with my oil change. Luckily, I was paying attention and informed her that was not the service I requested and would like the oil drain from the vehicle by removing the drain plug. After I was given a look of discouragement/disappointment from this female employee, I waited an additional 10-15 minutes for the oil to be drained. To have my favorite female employee use a retrofitted jug labeled synthetic add conventional oil to it. The process of taking an automated device to pour it into a jug that has been labeled appropriately only to disregard what contents it should contain in the service shop blows my mind. Please use the automated pump and dispense the oil directly into the engine to avoid contamination. Then, use the dipstick to check an accurate fluid level. Instead of this jug that has who knows what in it being used to check the accuracy of the automated dispenser. Instead of adding oil the logical way with a device that I'm sure has millions in engineering and research & development, she grabs the jug to only discover now she does not have a funnel. Luckily, the manager dug one out covered in grim and left my imagination to what the inside of that funnel looks like. She added the oil through this dirty funnel (visible mud) and then watched it as she got the lost drop of the mystery jug oil. She proceeds to wipe my driver side fender, headlight, portions of the hood, and front bumper with paper towel that has repeatedly used to check the oil dipstick. Things need to change at this location to prevent someone from an experience like I had to endure. I honestly hope someone from corporate reads the entirety of this and digests the information that was given."

"Went to get my car inspected this morning. Got there at opening. Lady comes out and tells me they do not do inspections till 10:30. They were open and nobody was there. She said they needed to wait for more employees to show up. I kind of got the vibe they are not real interested in doing inspections. I realize this is a low profit item. However, do not advertise that you do them if you are going to turn customers away. Otherwise advertise that you only do them at certain times."

"This place is amazing. I didn’t even get out of my car. I pulled up at 11:10am and was on my way at 11:30 am. If you need a fast oil change and service, this is the place to go. They did an oil change and my filters for a very reasonable price and honored the coupon you can find on their website. The techs work in a team of 3 or 4 to get you serviced and out the door. My team was Isaac, Sam, Matthew, and Nathan. I was asked to turn on my car to see if there were any leaks and poor Nathan, who was working bottom side, had to deal with me turning on the engine and moving forward. I almost killed him! Or could have. They had a good sense of humor about it but I felt bad. Note: do not pull forward if they tell you to turn on engine! Great customer service and I will be going back to them. They will also clear your oil change warning light. They waved and told me to have a nice day. Hardly anyone does that anymore. Great Job Guys! You are rock stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
