So they have to strive to stand out amidst the crowd. One of the ways this particular agent (and their staff) does so is by going the extra mile to make sure that their customers are well informed, the product they are selling fits the customers needs, that there is over coverage where possible and legal. Another way they do this is to have knowledgeable, compassionate and shinning star type people "manning the helm". At all my points of contact I have been greeted with kindness and respect.
