"Bought a tractor a couple months ago. I had to learn about all the features myself because the salesman couldn't be bothered and what I was told was incorrect regarding a live PTO. Then after requesting items be ordered I find out today no one knows anything about that either. I should have done business elsewhere. It's nothing major, just bad customer service. I don't have time for that."

The Parts Department is outstanding. Hydraulic lines made in minutes, parts not in stock are only a few days away. The service department under Harland is the BEST John Deere service department. They take the time to do repairs correctly, while always taking care of the customer. The 200 hour service on my 1025 R could not have been done better. I'm a customer for life."
