"Aside from their stocking racks in the way everywhere, you can rarely get checked out by somebody at the register. If they aren't going to have someone up front to check you out, they need to have a self-checkout that actually works properly. It's always something different, but today it wouldn't stop telling me to run my card. I tried 5 different times with the chip reader and the slider, on each side of the card. I just want to pay and leave! I wouldn't be surprised if people just walked out with their stuff. They would never know anyway because nobody's there."

"I would give the store manager zero stars but it’s not offered. This was the third time I needed assistance from the manager and instead of saying I am not sure but let’s figure it out he says he does not know anything about it. Why are you the manager? He is always rude. He does not acknowledge customers or thank them. He’s on the floor on his cell phone. Dollar General was my favorite store until he became the store manager. I asked him if he had a problem with me. I will not be returning. I seriously hope they give him management training or replace him."

I just wish that I would have gotten All of there Names!!!! But the date that I was in the Dollar General in Hope, Arkansas was 5/30/2019 @ 5:30PM Central Time zone!!!! I found everything that I Needed & even A Couple of More things that I can use Around My Apartment but I found some really good bargains Thank You Dollar General Store!!!!"
