"Who has been letting me sleep on EL RINCONSITO DE HOPE !!!! Absolutely the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to!!!! Not only is the food the best the service was amazing! When I tell y’all it is the best I mean it! If you have not tried it, try it now! You will not be disappointed, I promise! Mayte was the best waiter! Super clean and friendly environment! She made sure we had everything we needed never had to wait for anything she was on top of everything ! If you are looking for a great place that is not only the best but budget friendly, this is the place! Will be going here for now on!"
"Delicious! I had the Friday special - chicken and rice. The portion was just right since I was not extremely hungry. We also had the chicken and beef fajitas. The beef was a little tough but had excellent flavor. The homemade chips and salsa was tasty."
"Met a friend here for lunch. We don't live in hope so just took a guess on where to go. Super friendly service, comfortable atmosphere, and the best queso I've had in a long time. Lunch specials were delicious and I was stuffed the rest of the day (in a good way)."
