"Consider yourself lucky if you can get in. Currently, 2 bedrooms - $1,225 and a 2-3 minute walk to Wayzata Bay and Wayzata's exemplary restaurants and shops. It's an older building, but Jay is prompt and fixes everything and more than you ask him to."

"We moved here in October of 2019 from California. We moved onto the third floor and have since relocated to the bottom floor. (We have two small children so this was the best move for us). The manager Dani has went above and beyond in making sure we are comfortable and all our needs are taken care of. Any problem that comes up has been handled promptly and with a smile. And we love Nate! He’s always so professional and courteous and you can really tell he cares about his job and making people happy. Overall we have been very happy here and that’s highly due to the staff!"

Though it’s an older building that can, at times, come with issues — they are always addressed in a timely and friendly manner, taken care of fully. "We have lived at Wayzata Lake Apartments for several years and have not had any problems. We moved into a clean, nice, freshly painted apartment that we really like. The staff and owners are nice and friendly. The maintenance and cleaning have been doing a good job. The maintenance man takes care of us quickly and takes care of anything we need. The manager is very personable and helpful. For the price, these apartments are great and the neighbors are friendly. Some people around us have been here for years longer than we have been here. And you can't beat this location! Wayzata is wonderful. We plan to stay and have no plans to move."
