"Don’t ever live here. I promise there are better options out there… This place is an absolute mess. The fire alarms go off constantly throughout the day and night without ever getting fixed for replaced. - The one time there was an ACTUAL fire no one believed it because it goes off so often. Oh also don’t expect to get told what happened, the manager that runs this place is like an urban legend, no one’s actually ever seen her. The carpets in the common areas / hallways are littered with beer cans, animal excrement, and stains. You pay around $1,300 a month for this place with no working A/C, water comes out brown sometimes, linoleum flooring that is held together with packing tape, outdated kitchen appliances that are from the 1970’s that run the risk of starting a fire, and mold / mildew growing in the vents and toilets. Don’t bother giving out your email if you’re a resident here. The manager prefers to shove a note in your door just so she can say she’s walking the grounds and doing hard work. (Despite literally nothing getting done) All the windows are littered with cobwebs foliage and dust, the outside exterior has mold and moss growing in wet corners with no preventative maintenance. Maintenance requests get submitted into the void and are never seen again, so when you tour an apartment expect it to come like that and if anything breaks don’t be surprised when it doesn’t get fixed. Please save your mental health and physical by not living here. Resident since 2022."

"Step right up to the worst apartment I've ever lived in! Prepare your nostrils for the delightful fragrance of dog pee by building 240 north side stairs. They advertise AC, but you'll sweat like a marathon runner all summer. Maintenance requests? Plan on waiting a month, six months, or maybe eternity for a response. Ah, Benetta, the 'manager extraordinaire' who took 'making things worse' to Olympic levels. She's banned walk-ins for the office and forcing phone appointments but she doesn’t answer the phones. Voicemail evasion? She's got it down to an art form. Left messages? Well, don't hold your breath for a response. Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to this mind-boggling circus of frustration! Disappointed!"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE! This complex was changed from luxury to low income housing during the time I resided here. The first year was great. As soon as new management took over every aspect of taking care of a complex declined. Nothing is taken care of here. Requests are not acknowledged, they tell you to fix issues with other tenants yourself and to find out what apartment they live in! The underground garage disturbs the peace and lifestyle of everyone on 1st floor. Specifically the units next to the garage YOU WILL NOT SLEEP. Box elder bugs on the windows in such large amounts during the summer that you have to deal with them through the winter! And they don’t hire pest control although they say they do, they don’t. Bathroom tiles falling off the walls and it takes 6 months for them to begin the repair. Once dogs were allowed here, it really went to hell. Urine embedded in the hallway carpet and they don’t shampoo the carpets. They vacuum over it, spread it throughout the building, and then they lay down scent powder. There was a window in the laundry room that was accessible from the outside for over a year and I’m sure it still isn’t fixed. Currently two outstanding orders against this property. This place is disturbing, disgusting and LOUD. Don’t live here, they do not provide a healthy living for anyone. Avoid the company IPG living. AND they don’t plow during the winter from January onward. The signs to move cars are not posted after Christmas because they take any shortcut they can to save money and they don’t care what the tenants think. They might plow the very first snow storm but that’ll be it! Oh and worst of all, the ceilings crack no matter what unit you’re in. This place is a cruella de vil movie and then some! Please stay away!"

"Have been perpetually disappointed by the management here. In my year long residence here, I've been stood up for scheduled, in-person appointments on three occasions, I've been told that the voice mails I'd been leaving will not be listened to. Management fails to communicate safety information to the tenants, eg. follow up information about a recent fire. I have had no luck encountering anyone in the office. Very very awful."

"This place has a great location but they don’t seem to be able to keep a manager. Seems like every 6 months there is some one new. Consequently the place is filthy. The garage, the hall carpets, the entrance, all need to be CLEANED! The elevator in building 240 has not been working since March! We have had a lot of issues with the air conditioning not working. The maintenance people they have had on and off don’t seem very efficient. Many good people have moved because they are disgusted with the way the company has not taken care of the property. If anything breaks good luck at getting it fixed. I’m wondering if it’s becoming government housing?! Kinda seems that way! If these issues got resolved it would be a great place!"
