"Very unprofessional. Called multiple times to get my grandmother's very important blood pressure prescription and they said they would have it later that day. Came up here two different days and they didn't have it after telling me they would. The third time I came up here they told me they would talk to the doctor upstairs and get it figured out and would have it Monday. Came up here Monday and they said they couldn't refill it because the doctor she had doesn't work there anymore. They didn't let us know anything!! Worst place I have ever had to deal with. Now she hasn't had her medicine in 5 days because no one communicates here and they just tell you what you want to hear to get you out of their face."

"I've been here twice today because the staff is not attentive. 3rd and most important prescription not put into the bag. Told to wait in the lobby for my prescription to be filled while the staff discusses the nightly TV show lineup. Calling hours ahead and getting an estimated time 20-30 minute wait and getting here to do what? still wait. Ohhhh yeaaaahhh is what I was told. No apology at all. People and their privileged behavior. Picking up for someone else. I use Walgreens for myself. Walgreens doesn't miss and they never have their noses in the air when I put in an order."

"This pharmacy is very slow they tell you that your medicine be ready in 10 minutes but u waiting a hour or two its really slow. If they stop the talking n playing around they can get some thing done.I really love the lady Becky she is very nice n resecptful."
