"Several of Pharmacy staff other than the Pharmacists are extremely rude. They don’t listen and they will talk over you. They could really use some customer service skills. I work in customer service and I give good reviews for excellent customer service. I understand people have bad days occasionally, but 9 times out of 10 I get awful customer service with the Pharmacy Technicians. The Pharmacists are usually pleasant to talk with. Yes, I can go to a different Pharmacy, but for the last 2 years they are the only ones that accept my insurance unfortunately."
"Great shopping, found everything we needed. Sale items were in stock. Only thing was wrong was the guy sacking was wishing he could be somewhere else. Not friendly. Cashier was nice and helped with any questions we had. Store was clean and stocked well. The older guy in the produce section always speaks. Seems like a really nice man. Makes it nicer to shop in the store."

"They got line down fast, and I got fast service in the pharmacy today. Everyone was nice,and asking if they could help you ."
"This is not the first issue i have had there. They do not care.I called several days trying to get my meds refill wasn't all them had to get a a new from the doc. However they could have told me 4 days ago that they didn't have my medicine at all. Not the first time I say. Instead I keep calling finally get someone and was told they do not have it in stock. I should have received a phone call and told that. Now I'm out and spent the last 6 days trying to get my medicine. If someone would have told me they were out of stock then it would be alot different but after I have called every day to just pick up my medicine. 6 days in its not in stock either. That was the last straw. I'm transferring if it is only one prescription every 3 month it turns into a week event trying to just get medicine. If someone had a serious condition they would have to find an alternative or go to the hospital. It is just sad."
