"If I could give zero stars I would. Worst and most unprofessional pharmacy I have EVER been too. Tiffany was very rude and unprofessional as I was waiting on my medication I couldn’t help but hear and see her being outrageously rude to customers on the phone , rolling her eyes and making slick little facial expressions. I also couldnt help but to over hear Tiffany and Whitney BOTH trash talking about customers. As I was standing there, the pharmacist himself was also being rude to a customer on the phone and Tiffany and Whitney were both hyping him up saying “that’s right Richard , don’t take nothing from them”, “tell ‘em” encouraging him to continue with his disrespect to the customers. They claimed they never received my son’s prescription from the dentist although I was standing right there as they were leaving a voicemail with Walgreens pharmacy. I called the dentist while at Walgreens and told them they never received it so they said no problem they would call again. My dentist was on hold for over half an hour because they continuously kept picking the phone up then putting them right back on hold. Finally they answered the phone after I spoke up and called them out on what they were doing. I left to give them time to fill the prescription and when I got there to pick it up they didn’t even have the right name on it. I told them that’s not my child’s name , asked multiple times if it was even the correct medication. They tried to blame it on the dentist but all my paperwork from the dentist had the correct name and spelling so I knew the incompetence fell on them. Not to mention after I made it home and opened the prescription, they STILL gave me medication with now two different names on it even after I told them while I was there that it was incorrect ! I called and filed a complaint with Walgreens corporate number because the incompetence in that place can be dangerous or even deadly. The Pharmacy Manager called the next day basically making excuses for them and didn’t apologize even once for my troubles she basically just brushed it off, I felt she only called just to be able to say she followed up. I’m scared to give my child the medication we bought because I don’t even know if they mixed it correctly being they couldn’t even get the name right on the bottle. Would not recommend this location to a single person."

"Out of medication everytime. The pharmacist laughed about it and tried to blame me for them not having the medication. Extremely rude and unprofessional."

"I have been on hold for over an hour and a half trying to get a prescription for my son transferred over so I can get it filled as he needs it as soon as possible. It said there were 3 people ahead of me, then 2, then 1, and now it just keeps saying the staff is answering other calls and they will be with me shortly. It's been over 30 minutes since I've been at the front of the queue..."

"Do not get your prescriptions here. As they choose when they want to close instead of going by listed closing hours. Would be nice if they updated it to reflect when the pharmacy actually closes. Sat in a clinic for 4 hours and only chose this pharmacy because they close later (10pm). Turns out they just make up their own hours. I got here at 7:50pm website says they close at 10pm I was in line and I was turned away because they WANT to close at 8pm instead of the listed 10pm. I asked “please I have a sick wife at home” only to be told that it’s not their problem. I will be moving mine and my wife’s prescriptions in the morning. I will not be shopping at any Walgreens again because of this. Looks like CVS will be getting my business. I warn you if you are stuck in a clinic or a hospital late with sick children or spouse do not choose Walgreens. Go someplace else where they close at actual listed closing times."

"Worst Pharmacy I've ever dealt with. You can't get a human on the phone. I spent nearly 2 days on hold. Finally called in the middle of the night so I could actually talk to someone. They said they'd fill a prescription for my child and have it ready for me to come during my lunch. When I came during my lunch they said it wasn't filled and they had no record of request to fill it. Wasted another 30 mins in drive thru line. Then they tell me I'll have to leave and come back through the drive thru line later. Very disappointed in the service here."
