"This is the damage caused by their faulty equipment. That was never repaired while I was living there. The drip from the AC unit was so severe it caused mold. I moved cause it was causing issues with my asthma and then I was charged nearly 7000$ for damages."
"The only reason they are getting one star is because it is required. I rented here during the lockdown. First there was a fire in the ac unit that is inside the apartment. Which they are charging me for the damage. Then the ac unit which happens to be in the ceiling began to leak causing the ceiling to cave in Pictured Below….. I have been renting since 1998 and have never had an issue. Now I have an unlawful eviction on my record. Do not rent from this location or any others owned by these people"
"If I Can Rate This Place A 0 I Would I Stayed Here Two Years Ago I’ve Been Charged For Rent For A Place I No longer Staying In this Place Is A Fraud!! And currently taking them to court. ."
"Maintenance is very slow. I have been waiting almost 2 years for my ac to be fixed. It runs constantly and doesn't cool. All I hear when I ask about it is "I will fix it next Monday". It's a very long wait til next Monday."
