"We bought an area rug that didn’t look as we had hoped. I phoned Julie and told her, and said we’d like to return it. She said ok, and since we were going out of town, we could return it when we got back. After 6 phone calls with messages, several texts, and 3 emails, over the course of a couple of weeks, we never once heard back from her. I was left with a $500 rug, and ended up giving it to one of my kids. My husband and I were very frustrated and disappointed in her service, and surprised, too, since she was recommended by a mutual friend who had her help with their decorating. I would have to say, BEWARE, if you’re thinking of using Julian Design!"
