"Been a patient at Rejuv Medical for nearly 10 years now. I have been seen at the Savage location, Waite Park location, and Edina location. All has been good… As another commenter has also mentioned, the latest person answering the phone and working the reception desk in Edina -‘Natalia’, perhaps- This person definitely should not be working in a customer service role due to their: •severe lack of customer service skills •barely discernible interaction on the phone and in person, this makes communication quite difficult •no desire to help patients problem solve •comes off as very rude"

"The front desk staff was absolutely rude, but aside from that the RN and the doctor were very thorough and impressive in their care. I feel like I made the right choice coming here and again I do wish front desk staff were different. Besides that excited to start treatment here!"

"I actually started with one of the medical fitness specialists (Kelsey) with personal training at LA Fitness a few years ago. When she started working at Rejuv, I followed her because of her dedication to her clients. I can tell it's not just a job for her, she truly enjoys helping people reach their goals. She has always been there when I've struggled and wanted to give up. In the past I haven't had anyone motivating or encouraging me to keep going, so I would quit soon after starting. Rejuv really honed in on the nutrition aspect, which was the part I really needed help with. And now I know it's the most important part of weight loss. Since starting at Rejuv, I lost 35 pounds, which I NEVER previously saw for myself! Now I do group classes, which help to keep me accountable.
