"Daughter left her bracelet there. Called after and they said they didn't have it. Then they messaged saying they did have it drove an hour to go get it. For them to tell me they didn't have it. Few hours later they called and said they had it.... went back awhile later to get it and now they just told me they threw it away. This was not a cheap braclet. I do not believe they would just throw an expensive silver bracelet away."
"I need to make a shout out to the best wound specialist team around! I have unfortunately dealt with a horrible wound from surgery complications and Dr.O, Hannah, and Savanna have been the most amazing to work with. I couldn't ask for a more supportive and caring team in this dark horrible time! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!"

"Unbelievably bad experience - my husband went in for physical and shoulder pain and Dr. B said he likely needed a cortisone shot. When he returned from getting an x-ray and bloodwork, all the lights were off, and everybody was gone, so he went home, thinking someone would call him. When no one called and we inquired, they said my husband DID have a full physical, and Cortizone shot the day he was there. He did not! * when we looked at his my chart it said he had REFUSED portions of the physical. He did not. What happened after was the most unbelievable part. No one would talk to us! We requested to speak to the Director, the assistant Director, the doctor, etc. etc. – they refused to talk to us! I went into the clinic and asked for their policy on filing a complaint and they said there wasn’t one. I was just to send an email. We did. We then received a certified letter saying that they will not bill us for any of the charges, BUT that my husband did, in fact, have a full physical and a Cortisone shot that day! Oh my gosh!!!! He didn’t. What a powerless and terrible experience. No one will talk to us??? Why not? Needless to say, we have lost all confidence and have switched clinics. we are sharing the story with everyone we know in our community in an effort to protect them from this strange and dishonest clinic. We are also filing a complaint on a higher level. Beware of this dishonest operation."
