"Wow just called to make an appointment we would be a new clients the lady told me that there is no opening until March 2025. So I told her that I would have to find somewhere else because I can't wait that long and she said in the most rude voice well I guess you will have to find somewhere else and hung up. Mind you I had three kids to bring there and I was willing to pull kids out of school or take them all at different times and she still told me they had nothing until March 2025."

"You don’t take my insurance anymore. Please cease with emails and text messages until you resume taking insurance. Please advise this to your clients before they come in for a scheduled appointment. I was not advised and drove 30 minutes to get there for an 7am appointment, only to be turned away. When I made the appointment over the phone, the receptionist asked if I had the same insurance as before, which I did. When I arrived at the office for my appointment, I was turned away because you now do not take my insurance. You can imagine my disappointment and pure frustration with this matter. I’d highly recommend better training for your staff or better communication with your clients, as no one should have to go without care. If they do have to, then they should know up front before they are embarrassed and turned away in front of other clients, and after making the long drive for nothing. Little is worse than being turned away for care, and with an audience to boot. I do, however, wish you the best."

"I went in for my annual appointment today. I waited at the desk while two receptionists chatted about nothing important. They knew I was there, but ignored me. When another employee came out I asked her to help me! Then, Bonnie, the hygienist, was wonderful, but Dr. Berg has no idea that a patient was even in front of him. He spent less than one minute with me and I had questions about a serious autoimmune disease. He told Bonnie (not me) that I had a fracture and a cavity - he should have shown me the X-Ray of where that was. I explained my painful, dry mouth (part of the disease I have) and he said, "...looks like there's plenty of saliva there to me." Well, Bonnie had just squirted a bunch of water in my mouth! Any other dentist would have taken time to talk with me about Sjogren's Disease! Oral health is a huge part of it. If I go back (because of insurance), I will fully request that Dr. Berg will not be my dentist. I grew up with an uncle who was a highly- renowned dentist in the cities and he'd be flipping in his grave!"

"The professionals at Gentle Dentistry are amazing!!! Never before has a dentist made me feel so comfortable and that my needs were their main priority!!!! These people actually CARE about the patient and actually listen to what you say!!! I was fitted for top and bottom dentures and can't wait to get the new ones because it's going to change my diet!!! I'm going to be able to eat foods I haven't had since I made the choice to get dentures!!! Bravo to the people at the Alexandria location and I can't wait for my next appointment in 3 weeks Definitely recommend!!!"
