"Found out today that Jody messed up our homeowners policy 8 months ago and we have been paying on our old house in a different city than where we live! She claims we have now been uninsured in our new house for 8 months and they are unable to insure us?! Both my husband and I spoke to her last June and I can't believe how bad she messed this up. We are now pulling all our policies and giving our business to an insurance provider that actually knows what they are doing. Do not trust Jody! In calling other local places, this is a known issue with her. Find better people Allstate.. she caused you to lose valuable customers. 2/18 update: Matt at Eagle Bank in Glenwood got us enrolled with even better insurance for our home, auto, camper etc at about $500 cheaper per year! Also, Jody and Amanda were wrong when they refused to make their error righted, after calling their corporate bosses, we are getting all our premiums we paid since last July refunded. Furthermore, we are filing complaints with the BBB & The Dept of Commerce. Their negligence could have costed us our livelihood. I need to clarify our old policy was paid via escrow versus our new home policy that didn't have a mortgage so it was easy to prove their incompetence. I hope someone treats them how they've treated us. Don't trust them! 2/19 update: it was so nice of you to finally respond Jody! Unfortunately, when telling someone to call your office to discuss your incompetence; you need to actually be in office to receive the phone call. Thanks!"
