Legend Cabinetry

"We are a large cabinet company and a dealer for Legend Cabinetry. We cannot deal with the company directly, as we have to deal through an independent sales representative. Our last order with them have paint adhesion issues, to the extent where the paint can almost be rubbed off with one’s finger. Our customer wants us to replace the whole job, however we have asked Legend to replace the doors and supply skins so we can cover the sides. We would refinish the face frames in place. While the Legend representative sides with us, Legend refuses to make this right. Legend postponed responding to our complaint until one year passed and then simply responded that the cabinets are now older than one year and have been scratched up. We supplied the representative with one of the cabinet doors, to return to Legend, allowing them to see how bad the paint adhesion is. No response. The customer is now taking civil action, we are filing an insurance claim and this will probably go to court. Avoid these folks, they are dishonest and will leave you empty handed with no support, while they walk away from their warranty. You will get a product as is, and be on your own to remedy their sub standard product. Google Legend Cabinetry and you will notice that there is no means to contact them directly, no phone numbers are given or available. You can only deal with them through an independent representative, who they will not support should you encounter any issues. Avoid at all costs!!!!"

"AWFUL! My client cut her finger on the open knot. It was delivered 2 weeks late, then the doors look like the photos attached. The sample door they give you to sell their product has no open knots and the disclaimer on the back also says it will not be opened. I asked them to replace the doors and they charged my credit card before they shipped out Dec 23 before a holiday weekend without my authorization!!! Awful!!! Not even one star!"

"I have legend cabinetry for my new home and their dealer is not very easy to work with and so I reached out to them to see how I can have upgrade to my existing cabinets and would like to order replace couple cabinets and add glass doors and I have not heard back from them and I don't like to go through their dealer since they do terrible cabinet design."

"We made a mistake and had to order two additional cabinets. Within 12 hours of placing the order, we realized it would take 4-5 weeks to receive the additional cabinets. We called to change the order to expedited and we’re willing to pay the expedited fee. They refused to change the order to expedited. I cannot recommend a company with such inflexibility."
