"Don’t ever order delivery!! I ordered delivery on their app, and someone called me to tell me that the items I had were unavailable which is fine. In order to cancel the order, I had to contact their partner Door Dash to cancel. I got the order cancelled through Door Dash only to find out that they transferred my cancelled order to Uber eats. I called the store and of course I had to contact Uber Eats to cancel my order. Unfortunately they were unable to do that. How many more delivery companies are you going to send my cancelled order to? No apologies from the manager of Kwik Trip in Chaska when I called the store again to demand a refund. Hopefully it doesn’t come down to disputing a charge on my bank account."

"Stopped on a Friday night at 7:30 there was no ketchup in the bottle, no ketchup packets or trays to put hot dogs in. The chicken looked like it had been sitting in warming tray all day. The 2 young guys working had no idea where to find any of the items and didn't know what to do. Store is really going down hill."

"Kwik Trip overall is great. Clean store and good selection of items, quality gas. Love that they offer free air for your tires... but don’t trust the machine for air pressure reading. Is often way off and can lead to severe over-inflating of your tires."
