"3months ago I made a substantial furniture purchase with Marcia. Among other things, I had one custom made chair ordered. She asked me if I wanted a couple matching sofa pillows to match. I said yes even tho they were $60 each. When the furniture came I was perfectly pleased with it EXCEPT for the pillows! They look like a beginners home ec project with strings hanging out and uneven corners and seams..extremely poor workmanship. After conversation with Marcia, followed by a call to corporate in Sioux Falls plus another call from someone who had seen my displeasure from a survey…I am still waiting patiently for a call back as was promised. I really want my money back and I’m hearing crickets from all of them. Be very aware that customer service is not a priority! And DONT order custom pillows!"

"Purchased a few pieces of furniture, when I was there they had a sale of 40% off, so I think I did good. The furniture is of high quality from Ashley manufacturing. My sales lady was very friendly and knowledgeable, and managed to even get me an additional 5% off my dinette set. If I ever want new furniture again I would return."
