"I agree with the reviews mentioning rudeness. I am a senior citizen who no longer drives. I walked a short distance to this store looking for items for my new place (with $10,000 earmarked for furnishings). I had heard the store would deliver large items for a fee. Smaller things I could carry home. Because I have a wheeled shopping bag, the employee told me very rudely that I had to leave because large bags were not allowed. She was very adamant and instead of treating me like a customer, I was treated like a criminal. I left, and refuse to ever go there again. My money has been happily spent elsewhere."

"I arrived at the store at 5:17pm. The hours online said the store would be open until 5:30pm. Upon entering the store women with dark brown shoulder length hair rudely shouted, “We’re closing in 5 minutes!” I told her I knew they were closing soon I just was looking for something quickly. She seemed extremely irritated that I was going to shop and proceeded to glare while I was browsing. I found exactly what I needed, but because of her attitude I decided not to purchase it and was out the door by 5:22pm. If you want to run a business and keep returning customers, this is not how to do it. I will drive to neighboring towns to support people who deserve it."

"I was just in there shopping for shoes & one of the employees was extremely rude!! Not only was no place to sit @ try shoes , she said u have a big bag .& u may need to have it searched , I said u can search me anytime. I’m a woman who is close to 69. This is 200% unacceptable, I will never step foot in that store again."

"(1)The prices have gotten higher over the years, "this is what the price is online" type of situation. Online asking prices and online selling prices are different but is the basis for this entire store. (2)90% of the stuff in the way back is the same stuff with the same prices every time, maybe rotate merchandise or have a sale (3) This one really done it and it's happened before, Someone came around and gave the "were closing in 20 minutes" then I got the 10 minute warning, then the 10 minute warning again, then standing in line she gave out the 5 minute warning. I wanted to set my stuff down and just leave I was so annoyed."
