"Honestly, they were so horrible. I have nothing positive to say especially Daniel who is extremely rude. I just bought the car in January and my screen went completely out. I called my salesman. They try to get me in, but I was on a waiting list for three weeks finally I had to come in because all the sensors and lights started going off in my car, they said they needed to do a software update if I had to do it over again I would not buy this vehicle Volkswagen atlas 2024."

"Brought my ‘21 Atlas in for service in December and had a great experience with Daniel. Had an accident and needed to replace that Atlas so decided to check out the sales team. Marco was easy-going and worked really hard to get me into the car I wanted. Drove away with the ‘24 Peak Edition Atlas on Friday and I’ve been really happy with that decision. He kept me within my budget and I’m glad I could get another Atlas. Really great car and kept us safe during the collision! Glad I found a dealership with knowledgeable people all around."

"I just became a member of west Houston Volkswagen last year in April. Salesman was Marco Perez and he was good but he lied to me and told me he would get me a tint on the car I’m which he never did!!! Then, yesterday 1/5/24 i go in for my first oil change. Today i check my oil because, my oil keep saying reset oil and i have 300 miles until it needs to be serviced. I check and its NO OIL in my car but the same dirty oil i had in my car!!!! They did not change the oil! Then, they had the nerve to put a damn sticker on the window as if they changed it!! I can’t make this up! I’ve never seen this before !! So they kept my car from 9am 3pm for what??! Then, i also told them to check my charging pad because my phone gets hot when i try to wireless charge it. They claim they replaced it but it’s the same wireless pad i had in there. Very very disappointing in Volkswagen especially since this is my FIRST Volkswagen. First y’all disappointed me with lying about getting me a free tint and i let it slide and now this??!! I tried to post the video but it wouldn’t let me. I do not recommend this location even Volkswagen after this!!! I am a New customer man this is disgusting!!!"
