"For the most part of our journey it was quite pleasant. The staff was well mannered and respectful, until night time. In labor and delivery Nurse BRI was assigned to my wife for the night and she was very irritated, rude, and all around acted like she was unhappy being here."

"On January 8th I went to the ER because I wasn't feeling good. Hadn't kept anything down for 5 days and was still vomiting. Waited in the ER waiting room for over 10 hours for a 30 minute visit with the doctor. Mind you I had a bunch of symptoms and just wasn't feeling all to well. No fluids was given and nothing was done but a shot for nausea. Doctor Frost seemed arrogant and in a rush to deal with me. All he said was I had something viral and sent me on my way. Also he ran a pregnancy test without myknowle dge."

"Currently sitting here in an ER room with my elderly mother that fell from the back of a truck, dislocating her knee, hitting the back of her head fully on cement and likely has broken ribs. She's been here two hours with zero care, other than having an IV started. Dr has yet to set foot in her room, the blood draw that the RN performed on arrival is still sitting in here, ruined. The force she hit her head should have warranted an immediate CT...yet nothing has been initiated. Do NOT come to this ER expecting care. My father and I have both pleaded for help for her and continue to be dismissed. UPDATE: Head CT was done almost 3 hours after arrival, after I pushed for it. Nurse had put in for an X-Ray of her ankle and hip...neither of which were hurt. But, since she didnt listen to what my Mom was telling her was hurt...and didnt bother to ever look at her...she put in the wrong requests for X-Ray. She had a Tib/Fib break and four broken ribs and was given nothing for the pain until I begged for it when she was going to X-Ray, also almost 3 hours after arrival. This place is a joke and a lawsuit waiting to happen."

"I came to the emergency room today and was seen quickly even though it was jammed pack! The staff was exceedingly kind, and courteous! They were relentless in their pursuit to see and help patients! There’s two ladies that bear mentioning, Kim the intake RN and Morgan the clinical director. I don’t know how they do it. They are awesome beyond measure! GOD bless them! One more thing, Monica gives the best injections ever!"

"lack of care and very dismissive.. we brought my 4 month old daughter in because she tested positive for RSV and was having retractions in her stomach and having a very hard time breathing and wheezing, we got fast tracked and once we saw the doctor she told me my daughter was fine and was not retracting nor was she wheezing and sent us home later that night i noticed my daughter getting worse so we made the 3 hour drive to children’s hospital in dallas where they immediately admitted us due to my daughters condition she was immediately put on oxygen. it’s sad when i can’t even trust my hometown ER to take care of my child… not to mention when we had came a few months back for a different reason when my daughter was around 2 months old we decided the wait was too long and we were going to try a urgent care nearby we told them to pull my daughters slip and we overheard a nurse say “oh good they are leaving.” like really? how unprofessional can you be?? if you want good childcare please just make the drive to children’s they have gone above and beyond for my child!! wish i could give this ER 0 stars."
