"Just went in today to make a very large return, which was very complicated and took the cashier quite a lot of time. She was very professional and easy to work with even though my visit was highly complicated and demanding. Thank you so much."
"Came in to return an online order that was totally incorrect, but had been “final sale” when purchased. The cashier didn’t say anything when walking up to the counter and made no eye contact, didn’t even say hi. I explain I received the wrong item, he says it should be fine, and brings out who I guess is the manager from the back. She also has minimal people skills at best, I let her know my issue and asked if it would be okay to exchange another item in my order that had also been “final sale” and did not work out. She stated “I shouldn’t even be returning this one” I reminded her I didn’t even order that item it was completely incorrect. She was visibly annoyed and said she could only do the incorrect one in a very tired tone. Overall they could have been more pleasant. Everyone working there seemed to lack carisma and basic people skills."
"I have never experienced such a hostile experience. The staff is rude and condescending and I will never shop here again. Their manager is even worse as she actually closed the door in my face midsentence at 7:59 when I was going to pick up an online order. They turned me away with customers in the store. I went back the next day and I am glad I opened my order in front of them because it was wrong. That makes for two failed attempts at this miserable location. Abercrombie should be ashamed of these mean girls they allow to work here."
"The ladies in the store (one with bangs and another with a gorgeous necklace) were so helpful despite a weird situation with my pick up order. Despite the complication, they were always so kind and tried to help me the best they could! Whoever builds Abercrombies’ systems needs to do more user research."
