"I have been going to Mervs since the early 90s, reasonably priced predictably good service, old school atmosphere. The only reason I don't give it a five is the accumulation of hair on the floor as the day goes on. It has always creeped me out a bit."

"I have been coming here for years because it is a proper mens barber shop. Magazines are Popular Science, Car and Driver, Field and Stream, etc and not GQ! Haircuts are fast and precise with no mistakes and the staff is always fun to talk to."
"Not a good experience. Barber was cold and seemed to be bothered by my business. Other barber seemed to be having a good time with his client in the other chair though, maybe they discriminate by age. Not a good experience for a late 20's male. Maybe if you're 55+ they treat you better? Still looking for a barber in the Anoka area, wont go back here."
