"This was my first time going to Kelly, and I am so happy I did. She is professional and friendly and the transformation on my hair was amazing. I had hair down to the small of my back and we cut off almost 10 inches, styled beautifully. My partial highlight really brightened my hair and really has made my eyes pop.
