"I went through the drive-thru and ordered a regular coffee. Although I had to wait for awhile, they kindly informed me of a problem with their brewer and offered to give me another drink for the price of the regular coffee I ordered. They were kind, apologetic and the drink I did receive was delicious."

"Good service until they handed us the drink and told us that the Campfire Mocha had HoHo mint toppings. Why they didn't just remake it is beyond me. They handed me the drink and then told me it was wrong. And they gave it to us along with a real HoHo Mint Mocha and then explained that was right but the Campfire wasn't. Your staff needs to be properly trained to just go ahead and remake a drink if they screw up. They were polite about it but the person who screwed up wouldn't give me their name for my review. Weird..."
