"I made an appointment with them and got rescheduled because of their inability to inform me about paperwork that I was told over the phone while making my appointment I wouldn't need to fill out since I've already been seen here, and the front desk ladies proceeded to extremely rude and matter of fact when they could see I was annoyed. I was not rude to them, it was just annoying they made me do a urine sample when 2 minutes later they informed me I could just leave. Then the lady continued to reiderate the importance of being there 30 minutes early in a rude tone when no one told me to get there early in the first place. I've been rescheduled but I am definitely going to be looking for another place before that appointment."
