"This store is usually exceptional, however Saturday 11/30 I went in to pick up 1 item and 2 of the 3 employees were horrible. 2 cashier's working, I walked up to Kayleigh(?), she rudely told me her line was closed and than ask the other cashier how long she had been OFF THE CLOCK. She than told her 20 minutes would be fine and would return soon. While standing in line for 15 minutes I could hear the manager in the break room talking on his phone. I have never worked anywhere where working off the clock is ok, I feel sorry for these employees."
