"Had an appointment for my family member that doesn't drive and is a shut in so getting that person out of the house is hard enough I had gotten stuck in traffic and was 7 mins late they had no one in the waiting room and said they couldn't see them and we would have to reschedule and today I made sure we were 15 mins early and now we have been waiting almost 30 mins while the ladies in the office to the waiting room are laughing and cutting up. Just disgraceful."
"Nice and helping staff. However, very unreliable phone and text service. Received three texts about an appointment that I cancelled three times, tried to call and would not direct me to anyone after selecting the help option and would end the call."

"This is the worst mental health clinic I have ever been to, and I've been to multiple in my lifetime. I asked if I could see a therapist on more than one occasion and was told each time, direct quote: "That's not how it works." No explanation or attempt to see if my care plan could be changed. My "treatment" consisted of getting printouts to do at home that you could find online for free. Needless to say, I swapped my medicines to my primary doctor to fill and will be seeking my mental health treatment elsewhere. Avoid Community Healthcore if you can find your treatment somewhere else."
"Love this place, they do great work. Don't listen to any of the other reviewers everyone is very helpful and the only reason you would not get help or medicine is if you aren't responsible and not showing up to your appointments."
