"I’m in the process of finding another PCP. It seems every visit there’s new faces; people learning how to do the job required of their position. Staff will not take responsibility for not following through with their word, i.e., blamed me for not telling them my pharmacy of choice to call in which to call much needed medication. Simple untrue. They have all my home and cell numbers, if true, they could have called, yet I endured another 12 hours without relief medication would have given. Refills for medications.....you’re required to come in every month for some medicines. I was told this is due to federal regulations, however, another attending care physician I see hasn’t the same requirement, specially, I come in every 3-4 months for refills. This leads me to believe what I’ve been told is a matter is circumspect."

"Dr Douglas spent 35 minutes listening and speaking with me, while other doctors seem to over-schedule and rush patients through.. My wife had the same experience that he spends a great amount of time and is very concerned. Dr Douglas should be given a great deal of credit for founding a free medical clinic, which he devotes his time to."

"Horrible, rude, unprofessional office staff who never know what's going on and are put off by being asked to do their jobs. They never relay result information, even when results have come back "bad". They do just enough to avoid lawsuits for malpractice. Dr. Stratton himself is actually a decent person, but his staff is what's wrong with healthcare. When people say "ugh, I hate going to the doctor" this office staff is the epitome of why people feel that way. AVOID THIS OFFICE BY ALL MEANS. Dr. Stratton has another clinic that is MUCH better, with people that actually care about other people. The personnel at this location are clearly only there for a paycheck and they don't even try to pretend they like their jobs, which wouldn't even matter if they at least DID their jobs. Definitely do not go to this office if you have serious, ongoing health issues that require ongoing care. This office is not professionally capable of caring for very sick patients for extended periods of time."

"Fantastic experience. Has been in Texarkana since 1999. Would you really evaluate or consider going to a clinic based on the negative review of a few people? For every 100 happy patients, they may be 1 unhappy one, and they are usually the most vocal! Perhaps they didn't get exactly the medicine they wanted, perhaps they felt their $20 copay was too high, perhaps the phone rang 1 more time than they felt was appropriate, etc. These reviews are A SHAM. Have you ever thought how easy it would be for a unethical "competitor" clinic to post a negative review. DONT TRUST ANONYMOUS REVIEWS"

"It baffles my mind how this office can effectively treat patients when they're either incapable or unwilling to answer the phone. I actually drove to the facility to make an appointment. I never see the same staff members. Does this mean a high employee turnover rate? Moreover, it seems without fail, probably due to the quality of my health insurance, the necessity arises to draw blood. I question this practice when the doctor's office fails to give you your lab results after weeks have passed. Patients, regardless of your socio-economic status, deserves better than what being practiced here"
