"This is the second occasion that I've called with a question about my sick child and received no call back from the dr as promised. Dr Baker is very knowledgeable, however, her office is EXTREMELY slow to see patients and a bit unprofessional. I will be finding another pediatrician for my child."

"Definitely a great doctor. It's the nurse staff that she has . They lost my childs blood work for her newborn screening . After asking for them to do blood work in office (how it was originally done) due to my work schedule they refused . Then threatened to call CPS on me for their mistake ! Still took them a week to send the blood work in. I called to speak with he pediatrician but of course have not heard anything from her .Which is very upsetting. So it's definitely the carelessness for me. And the rude a** nurse."

"It does take a while to be seen, but I assure you that it's because the staff is smaller and more caring. These Drs want to make sure that all of your concerns are heard and they want to take time with you. So just know if you're waiting, it's because they are giving their best. We have been seeing Dr. Calloway since my girls were tiny. Now they are almost pre teens and Calloway has been there in every mile stone of it! She remembers details that make our family know that she cares. Thank you healing hands!"

"Be prepared to have at least 3.5 hours set aside for any appointment scheduled here. Your car can be the only one in the lot, and it's gonna take 2.5 to 4 hours tops. Several years of this and today I've had my fill, none of us will be back. All the standing around visiting Dr baker does rather than actually care to see her patients is obsurd. Appointment scheduled for 950 just now leaving and it's 105. Mind you, no test, no xray, not even a script and we think she's got the flu. ... she can't breathe, has fever, and all they say is get some zyrtec and probiotics.. RIDICULOUS"
