"I would avoid. For two years in a row now I've scheduled an annual physical exam which is covered by my insurance. Yet, both times I received a bill in the mail as they submitted the claim as a "specialized visit". I confirmed with the office that the doctors note states, "Patient presented for annual physical exam," yet they refuses to correct the claim resulting in me having to pay $100+ for a visit that should have been covered by my insurance. Even the finance representative I spoke with couldn't explain this. I will not return."
"I was hired by a manager who already had a short staff, hence the reason I was hired, and started training with the so called head LPN in the office, then she didn’t have time to train me properly so I was passed off to another MA who got an attitude every time I asked any questions. I thought a new trainee was supposed to ask questions. When I had my review before my 90 day mark I was told to take notes and I did, I just want to say if you do not have the proper people who can adequately train a new hire, don’t treat them like they are the problem because it’s not the new hires fault you can’t train properly. I loved working for the providers but the nursing staff i could have done without.Christus Trinity Clinic is a great place to work. They need to rethink their training process."
