"Appointment was October 5, 2023 @ 2pm including lab work for pre-surgery clearance. Results the next morning by 9 AM. Staff was friendly, efficient and the provider was excellent. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is needing family services, labs or any medical services. Thx"
"Had an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. When patients are late they’re held accountable but when it’s the provider it’s excuses. Everyone is nice but theirs no reason a patient shows up 15 minutes early and isn’t seen until 30min after their appointment time."
"Staff was friendly but did not disclose that the Covid- 19 (I have free ones at home) test cost extra and even admitted I should have been told it did, but still had to pay. Very disappointing customer service."
"***Take Note- They do not accept walk-in's*** This practice used to be called Exceed Urgent Care. Apparently they change their name to Exceed Health Clinic and now they are a totally different practice. They used to be a convenient place to get in and out. I'm sure their care is exceptional (but not convenient, to be seen as a walk-in)."
