"I should not have trust them to change parts what they say, when I went to repair something else. I should have double check if really those parts needs replacement . But my car's condition is worse than before. Although they provide a one-month warranty on their service, if you mention a problem, especially with new parts that were recently changed, they will ask you to prove it before they touch anything. However, for issues like occasional bad noises while driving on highway and not always happening, it's difficult to prove when you're there.i never had similar sound or any problem with the old parts. As this was brake for safety reasons , I requested to double check if everything fine as they replaced brakepads rotor and caliper. But they will not check anything if I can not produce that noise in front of them . I was even told that a car wash might make the noise go away. I'm not sure if the noise will disappear, but at least the one-month service warranty will pass in this way .."

And they did a great job, I inspectd the vehicle when I got home, all the brake parts were new and done perfectly. No trick or gimmick these guys are real and honest."

"Warning!!! Please if you care about your vehicle and your bank account do not ever and I mean ever come to this auto shop. The owner Mr, Cao and his wife is complete and utter liars, they will do anything everything to make a buck without giving you the result you need. I came to fix my Nissan transmission. Ended up paying over $3,000 dollars and my transmission is still not fixed. This is what happened. I bought a brand new transmission from Nissan, brought it to them to be replaced. However, before he made the replacement, I told him that the Nissan parts guy told me I need to reprogram the new transmission into my vehicle, Cao the owner told me he done this before and do not require reprogramming. Well it did, because I was driving the vehicle the same day after replacing the old transmission and not reprogramming the new one. I had my check engine light on again, took right back the vehicle literally 30 minutes after I paid him and I left the shop. He checked the check engine light code. It turns out it is the same code that I had previously with the old bad transmission. He told me I don't understand what's wrong with it, maybe you should take it to Nissan. So I took it to Nissan few days later after I made an appointment. Nissan ran a full diagnosis and found out that I was required new transmission because the belt inside the transmission is no longer working properly. Unfortunate it's because my mechanic PC Automotive owner, Mr. Cao, did not listen the Nissan parts guy for reprogramming the new transmission into my vehicles computer. To make things worse for me, Nissan did not accept my warranty policy, because my mechanic shop screw me. So basically Nissan told me to go back to your mechanic and have him purchase a new transmission for you because we cannot honor your warranty. I came back to Mr.Cao, showed him the Nissan diagnosis paperwork and told him what happened to me. He told me he cannot help me. But I can go ahead and sue him in court. Now I am in the process of suing him and taking him to court next year 2023. So I spend over $3,000 and my car still not functioning properly, I'm still having gear shift issues. All he needed was to reprogramming my vehicle that cost $120 in Nissan dealership. But he didn't have the equipment and he told me he don't need it. The worst mechanic shop and the worst run family mechanic shop in Hopkins or anywhere in Minnesota. Please take my warning seriously, What Mr, Cao and his wife done to me, they have done to others, particularly people of immigrant descent like somali's, Ethiopians, black people, Africans, Latinos, and any other unfortunate person who do not have the resource, language barrier or understand about vehicles needs. Simply put, they are dishonest liars who do not honor their warranty, in fact they do not even have a warranty. When they give you a receipt it will always say no warranty. That's how bad these people are. There are many honest shops you can find easily within Hopkins and outside Hopkins. Please do not be a fool like I was and go to this place. And lastly, I reported to them to BBB to inform them about this situation. I hope this helps. Thank you!."
