"I stopped in wanting to see if someone had time to cut my 15 yr old son’s hair. He really only wanted a tiny trim to get the front out of his eyes. They said to come back in 45 minutes and they’d get him in. I dropped him off to get his hair done with Maddie. When I got back I could see him sitting in the waiting chairs and instantly thought Omg it’s so short. I was not expecting it. I go in to pay and while paying the woman asks if I want to schedule something for the next time. My son being polite didn’t say anything but no we’ll wait. I could see he was on the verge of tears. He said he told her what he wanted and that she was cutting it too short. I really don’t know how it could’ve happened and been so far from he asked for. There’s no fixing it as that will take months. I felt so horrible last night and still do today for taking him here! He didn’t want to go school for fear of being made fun of and I honestly can’t say I blame him. Super bummed. The only reason I gave two stars was for the staffs politeness and interactions with me. My son however would give them -5 stars!"
