"I have been looking for a new salon to go to, I found hair obsession online and it had good reviews and I was able to book an online appointment, so I made an appointment with Lori. This was my first time going here, and I have to say with 100% certainty, this was the best haircut I have had in my 42 years of existence! I had never been in the salon before and so of course a little anxious, but I was welcomed with a warm greeting immediately walking in, which put me so much at ease. I only had to wait like a minute and Lori came out to get me. I have thick long hair which can be a challenge to deal with. I told Lori what I wanted which was to take some length off and make it more manageable. She offered me options and ideas which was so nice to have someone with experience and insight! She was so thorough and did an absolutely incredible job with the cut/style, I don't think I have ever loved my hair more, I will be a customer for life!"
"I was charged over 100 dollars than what I was quoted. I understand that the prices may vary but that seems excessive. I asked for an ashy balayage and that is not what I received. After sitting there for five hours it looked like I bleached my tips leaving them a brassy yellow and let my brown hair grow out to my ears. I had my professional photos in two days for my family and I had to go to a different salon to fix her mess. I will not be coming back."
