"Julie was beyond unprofessional, moody would be an understatement as well as, her mannerisms to belittle customers. At 8:47am on October 1st, Julie decided to handle my interaction with her very poorly. If you can avoid this gas station, by ALL MEANS…DO. I was traveling thru and not incompetent to being able to read the pump picture to know how to use it as Julie belittled me over, my card still lacked to work with the pump. If you can’t handle customer service (minimum job requirement) don’t put yourself at the front counter. Casey’s is better than the service this individual supplied, I see why this store is rated poorly. Casey’s, I hope you take it seriously to adjust this staff. I’ve never had this experience at the many other locations I’ve visited."
"When I go in the mornings they are always rude and act like they don’t want to help. Been in there 3 times to get stuff and they never have it but yet every other Casey’s does"
"Consistently long lines... Seems like there is enough help they just refuse to get on the register to help. It would be one thing if occasionally it happened but it seems to be near everytime you go in there..."
"I love Casey's pizza always have but tonight was terrible the staff forgot my 2 litter and I asked and paid for extra chips on the taco pizza and not only was there little to no chips but they r so incredibly stable its unreal"
