"Took a long time to get my food. I was the first in line and got a flamethrower meal with a Dr. Pepper, and it took 15 minutes, the Dr. Pepper was also flat."
"Don’t waste your time with this DQ, the employees here are slower than molasses in winter time and they can’t even make a blizzard right. Ordered a $7 Oreo blizzard and they gave me essentially a vanilla blizzard with next to none Oreo contents. I have had this experience the last couple times with this location. I’m done wasting my time and money"
"The place is not very clean the workers are never very clean been a long time since I got a blizzard mixed All the way . The new owner must not care about their customers or they would clean the place up and train the employees better. The price we pay for ice cream treats here I would expect better service and cleaner facilities"
"The food was good but they were playing the people's order from the drive thru out loud which we wouldn't care about but they were making fun of the people ordering the food out loud one particular employee was calling a woman stupid because she didn't know the sizes of ice cream cone they had. Highly unprofessional and next time we are in the area we are gonna most likely avoid this place like the plague"
"We visited the drive-thru late on a Sunday evening. There was a long line of cars and the wait was significant, but this was our first time at a DQ in several years so we gladly waited. The service and blizzards were good (there were fewer candy pieces than we remember in previous visits to DQ stores)."
