"We recently opened up a business close to the El Loro in Rogers and have quickly made it our go-to spot for lunch whenever we're craving tacos. During lunch on weekdays, there's plenty of seating available and staff is VERY attentive. If you're in a rush, you can get in and out within a half hour. All the tacos and specialty entrees we've tried have been very good. The chips and queso are always worth ordering while you wait and their homemade salsa is some of the best I've had at all the Mexican restaurants I've visited. The ambiance is exactly what you'd expect for a Mexican restaurant in Minnesota, but definitely feels cleaner than most. If you work, live or are visiting the NW metro area, definitely check El Loro out!"

"This was our first time to try El Loro. Our son was leaving for college and he wanted to try it with us. The environment was great and staff were nice. They quickly came out with chips and salsa. It was good. Food was good. My wife got the Chimichanga and I got the Mixed Fajitas. Portions were perfect and not overwhelming. We will return."
