"i'm not usually one to write reviews but this is seriously becoming an annoying problem. the last 4 times i've ordered through the drive thru, it's super muffled coming out and no one can even hear me ordering on their end. and don't worry i speak quite loud, im italian. and with that issue, my order has gotten mixed up the last four times for a #16 and not a #6 which was what it was supposed to be. which then i've been getting overcharged for a sandwich that i didn't order. the fact that this has happened as many times as it has leads me to know that it's not an employee issue, but it needs to be fixed because miscommunication with ordering is clearly happening and i'm going to assume this has also happened to multiple people. please get the microphone in the drive thru FIXED so i can stop receiving meat on my vegetarian sandwich:) thanks!"
"Update: what a terrible response by the owner, I had no more than an ounce or two of meat on my whole sandwich at most. One thin slice of meat. I absolutely will NOT be trying any of your other sandwiches lol Every time I go to this location I get less and less meat on my sandwich. Just realized that one whole half of my sandwich didn’t even have Turkey on it, not cool for a $11 sandwich. Plus the bread is super burnt"
"Hands down my favorite Jimmy John's to go to when I'm on lunch and the employees are absolutely amazing. Most days I don't know what I want so I'll tell them just to pick a number and that's the sandwich I will get. Super friendly and good vibes all across the board at this place"
"We ordered by phone…have done same order MANY TIMES at other Jimmy John’s and they have been delicious…the one in Rogers was a complete disaster!!! Waited forever, not what we had ordered at all! Whatever subs that were in our bag, were not gluten free, wrong meat, and looked like a mess!!! We left the bag, since it looked disgusting and was all wrong, because there was a few people waiting and none of them were happy!! I won’t ever go back….Corporate…..you need to fire who is there, and hire someone or a few people who are good at making your food there, or close it down."
