"The staff here was so rude. I stood at the front of the line for 10 minutes before one of the four people working even said hi. No one else was waiting and the drive thru was not busy. They also messed up the ordered and acted very inconvenienced anyone was there."

"Very very Worst behavior from store personnel. I asked for box of joe thru drive through and the lady came and kept the box and told you can never order box of joe through drive through and I told I’m ordering this from couple of years and no one told me this and she told that you should order through app and I told ok I will order through app thanks and then shut the car door very very rashly and left. This is not our first experience the same lady behaved very rude on other day when we went to the store too."
"They were out of the donuts I ordered (online). The screen said my order was ready but nothing was put out. They walked by us multiple times while we waited by the cash register and the pick up area and glared. No service, and no help. We eventually ran and started saying we need our orders until they looked, and Brooke (an employee) just said "were out of those". She seemed annoyed and just threw the donuts we picked in the bag and gave them to us. Then we had to reach to the back of the counter to grab our drinks. We had to wait about 7 minutes after it said it was ready while people, including brooke just walked past. By the time we got our food our orders have been off the screen for a few minutes. It's not busy, we were the only ones inside, and I am very unhappy with the service."
