"Watched my order get passed on as they work on drive thru even when there was no drive thru, got my fries n waited for my small sundae even when they said they are workin on it, five mins later got a rushed ice cream, tell me this is a small sundae, but the new girl tht was working there thank you for the service and actually care for the customers."
"After waiting at least 10 minutes for someone to attend the drive through, we decided to go inside to see that the 3 teenagers in the store were doing nothing at all. No need to say we were not the only ones waiting in the drive through. Finally the crew started to work when the other car drivers started to get inside the store."

"This Dairy Queen sucks. Pulled up with two cars in the drive through. Got to order and was told to wait. Lady was super rude. Pulled around to pay and had to wait. Got to the window to pay. DIDN’T FLIP MY BLIZZARD. Handed me three ice creams not asking if I needed a tray. I had the opportunity to watch my ice cream turn to soup while I waited over 20 minutes for two chicken strip baskets. Will not be going here again. 0/5 stars."
"We waited for over 20 minutes in the drive through for a very simple order. First we were told there were no burgers. Next while waiting for 2 chicken strip baskets we watched 3 employees take out the trash and flirt with one another, one was in charge of the drive through and another supposed to be working in the kitchen, not sure about the other one. Needless to say, it left one poor person to do all the work inside.There was a long line of cars waiting for their order to be taken as well. Once we finally got the food, it was pathetic. There were only a few fries and 5 tiny nuggets, definitely not strips. We stopped going to the St. Michael Dairy Queen due to terrible service, looks like this one is off the list too."
