"I only come here because my son likes Taco Bell and it is the only one in our way to a weekly event he has… if I could go anywhere else. I would. The drive through may be ok but ordering and eating in is a horrible experience. I went to the counter to look at the menu and wait to order and 5 minutes later and everyone staring at me multiple times with as much as a hello someone finally said “kiosk”. Yes, that’s it. Just “kiosk” I asked if he could take my order on the machine which they typically have and he proceeded to stare at me like I was speeding a foreign language. Half of the time when coming you can hear the rap music playing in the back over the music playing in the lobby. Great family atmosphere for my son and I! Employees in the back cooking also munching on food from the lineThis place really needs a manager present at all times!"
"Been to this Taco Bell before and haven’t had an issue, since I order online and usually makes less communication error. Ordered chalupas without sour cream, tomato and three cheese. Everyone had them prepared wrong, wasn’t busy when we came through, seemed to be plenty of staff, so no idea why this made wrong… no excuse for not understanding this since I ordered through the app and double checked the details."
"The Taco Bell in Rogers always seems understaffed whenever we visit. I've been stuck in the drive-through for well over 30 minutes. If you go inside, there is no one to take your order. You must order using the kiosk. It's usually a very long wait inside the store as well. The staff is pleasant to deal with, but they only pay attention to the drive-through."
"Food was prepared quickly and was of the right temperature when served at our table. Everything comes in a bag now (c19). The young man who took the order was very courteous. Taco Bell has changed the atmosphere in stores as this one has mostly metal benches and the room was brisk. They used to be bright and colorful. Not a knock on this one. Food was awesome Thanks"
"I was happy to get my ultimate favorite drink at this location- Mountain Dew Baja Blast Zero. My usual Taco Bell location has been out of this product for over a month. The food is average like any Taco Bell. My favorite is the box lunch with a Chalupa and hard shell taco. The service on my visit was very good and quick."
