"It kinda felt like there was a little tension amongst the employees. Not very friendly. Did not ask the person I was with if they wanted their sandwich made Mike's Way? They asked me though. Sandwiches were tasty and the seating area was pretty clean.."

"The ENTIRE place smells like a bathroom and has for months. Used to come to this one all the time, but will be going further from my house to avoid walking into a porta potty that sells sandwiches."

"Wow! That’s how we felt with the customer service we experienced at this location. At first, we were reluctant with the long line at 530 pm on a Friday, but we quickly got up to order our sandwich. They are fast and friendly - every single one of the sandwich preparers. It was a pleasant positive experience and our sandwich was all we expected. Jersey Mikes is far above all the rest for quality food and service."
