"I would not recommend going to this Starbucks if your a regular Starbucks drinker. The staff doesn't know there own menu and still can't make the drinks right after explaining to them. The lady making my coffee was rude to me and wanted to argue about what drink I was ordering. Completely disappointed."
"I used to be a barista for a Target Starbucks (not this store) and while they get literally some of the worst customers on the planet, when I worked there I still pushed through that and was polite and did my work well. There was one girl that did exactly that and was sweet but the girl on bar was a total brat and had all kinds of attitude. If it wasn’t for the girl that took my order they’d be getting 1 star."
"Alright. I am NOT happy with this place anymore. I’ve had wrong orders on three different occasions when the store is quite the opposite of busy. Today in particular I ordered a sunset refresher and received something far from it. A sunset refresher is supposed to be an ombré from reddish pink to tangy yellow. What I got was foam at the top and a pink refresher below it that tasted like pineapple. Yikes! You guys just lost me as a customer."
"By far the best Starbucks in the vicinity. They're always friendly and happy to make your coffee. I've never had a drink that wasn't made right and I buy a lot of white chocolate mochas. The new location in Albertville is way closer but the service is horrible so I'll drive the 8 miles and be happy when I leave."
