"The store was supposed to be open until midnight but I came at 9:15 pm and it was closed. The lights are on and there’s a worker walking inside who saw me but refused to open. Not sure whether the store workers are striking or making money while serving no one. Tried to call their number but no one answered. There were many clients waiting outside and decided to leave. A waste of business!"

AN EMPLOYEE NAMED "MIA" THAT'S CLAIMED TO BE A MANAGER JUST COMPLETELY WENT CRAZY WITH HER VERBAL AND PHYSICAL THREATS LONG WITH COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL LANGUAGE. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AND FOR NO REASON OTHER THAN HER BEING ON HER BREAK OR ? TRYING TO RUSH ME SO SHE COULD USE THE REGISTER FOR HER ITEMS AND I NEEDED HELP TO HAVE MY COUPONS APPLIED TO MY ORDER. SHE WAS RIDING THINGS AROUND AND SAYING THINGS UNDER HER BREATH IT WAS LIKE SHE WAS SAN ANIMAL! IM A VERY FREQUENT SHOPPER, I'M ALWAYS VERY PLEASANT TO OTHERS INCLUDING STRANGERS BUT FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN SHE WAS LOOKING FOR A FIGHT. SHE WAS SAYING THE RUDEST AND MOST HURTFUL THINGS TO ME LIKE I WAS WEIRD AND TO NEVER COME IN THE STORE AGAIN. THAT I'M ON DRUGS AND GO TAKE MY DRUGS!.....I HAVE HEALTH ISSUES AND SOME ARE CAUSING COGNITIVE EPISODES BUT HOW DARE HER TALK TO ANYONE THAT WAY FOR ANY REASON!!! SHE COULD NOT CONTROL HERSELF NO MATTER. I TOTALLY FEARED FOR MY SAFETY. THERE WERE AT LEAST 3 OTHER GIRLS THERE THAT WITNESSED ALL OF IT UP AT THE FRONT OF THE STORE. I'M NOT EVEN ABLE TO DRIVE HOME. I HAVE DONE SURVEYS, I'VE CALLED CORPORATE IN OTHER INSTANCES. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD GET BACK WITH ME AND NOTHING... NOBODY EVER CALLED ME BACK THERE'S NEVER ONCE BEEN FOLLOW UP . I FULLY EXPECT FOR THE AUDIO AND VIDEO BOTH TO GET PULLED AND I WANT TO PROSECUTE THIS WOMAN. BESIDES HER VULGARITY AND JUMPS AT ME SAYING SHE WOULD"TAKE ME OUT" ... IT WAS COMPLETELY EMBARRASSING AND HAS SEVERELY AFFECTED THE STATE OF MIND I WAS IN WHEN I WENT TO THE STORE. I WAS SO CALM. IT WAS MY BREAK FOR THE DAY. I DON'T NEED TO BE SPENDING MONEY AT CVS AT ALL BUT I DO. LITERALLY LIKE A SHORT TRIP AWAY FROM REALITY ELSEWHERE. She tried to come out and get me to open my car window but it's dark out here and there's no telling where he mind is at!?? She's a threat to my well being AND A MANAGE I'LL BE WAITING ANXIOUSLY FOR THE RESOLVE OF THIS FOR SURE?"

"I understand things happen occasionally - but this is a regular issue. Drive through is closed, you can’t get anyone on the phone, and I have to wait like this just to order my prescription bc the automated system won’t allow me to refill. Waste of my time - this has been occurring for 2+ months now so management needs to see this and do something about it. What if I had Covid and I couldn’t come inside and no phones, no drive through opened? Risk.."
