"I’m getting charged for a fee every which way. They shut off my water after moving into my new build home and then proceeded to charge 160 dollars for an after hours service fee just to remove the lock. Now i have a random charge for 175 dollars and the invoice doesn’t say what it’s for? These people are crooks, please choose any other option you have!"

"Wow $120 deposit they hold for a year and YOU HAVE TO CALL to get it back after the year. It is not automatically returned to you after a year! You can get theee letters of proof of paying your bills on time but seriously who has time for all that. But I will do that just because I think that’s awful they do that. I am sorry but no you are not keeping my money until I have to ask for it back. Haven’t even had them yet but already have a bad opinion of them. Shame on you!!"
"They had me put a deposite down because I never had water with them and I won't ever get back until I no longer need water from them. Who does that, at least fiver it back to me at the end of one year. The departure was $150.00. Yeah I just have money laying around anyone what needs some. It's already hard enough trying to live in a decent neighborhood."
"Extremely disappointing that Marana Water Co. prompts you to do everything online, i.e billing statements, payments, contact information, etc, but the employees are so behind the times they don't know how to send a simple email or message via the account holder's online profile. Instead, they resort to a 1950's system of calling someone's phone, non stop and leaving voice-mails. Why implement a system that your own company and employees, refuse to utilize?"
