"Notes from one year member here Good - *Course in better condition than most in Phoenix area *Most staff are friendly/helpful *Nice practice facilities *Nice pool/workout area Bad- *$40k up front plus over $1k a month *Prioritize course condition over members- Course and facilities closed for more than 6 weeks a year, frost delays when other courses don’t (low of 37, frost?), cart path only if it has rained in last 24 hours *Course, range, putting green closed Mondays for several months a year *Starters not very friendly, act like it’s their course *Rarely will groups let faster groups play through *Bunkers do not have enough sand, too many rocks"
"We held our wedding at Seville, and we loved it! It is a beautiful venue with great views all around. The lawn was the perfect spot for our ceremony, and we held our reception inside- the room is large enough for a big event, and felt very comfortable for our smaller wedding with 40 guests. The seating was all comfortable, the food and service were great, and the event team was fantastic across the board."
