"Purchased a firearm here 3 yrs ago and was treated super well. Went in today and the guy went right to the computer, then a napped at me when I pulled out my phone. Seems like they don’t know how to do the right checks to prevent straw purchases so they punish their customers. Update: store response is changing the story to make them not sound as bad. I was told “put your phone away, our sign (guy points to sign almost on ceiling) says no phones allowed.” I am shocked a shop I once raved about now has employees that have no tact or basic customer service skills. Not deeply offended, but do want people to know what they could be in for when visiting."

"Energy is super weird , the tall guy that walks around with a gun on his hip thinks he’s the sheriff of town his attitude is terrible the older women is very kind and nice and the other gentleman is also decent quiet but decent , also get ready to (NOT HAVE YOUR PHONES OUT) I went in day before they put that sign up walked in with phone out to transfer money and go yelled at by Mr sheriff if I can give this place no stars I would just because of Rick grimes in there"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Called in for a scope I saw they had, was told it was $1200 if I stopped in and bought it at the store. 3 hours later I drove 45 mins to the store, walked in, they ignored me for 10 mins until they saw me take out my phone, then rudely yelled at me to put it away. They had jacked the price up to $2800 on the scope and I was told they mismarked it online and needed to fix it. Complete crooks. Stay away. Response: If someone calls in, and you tell them a price to buy something in the store, typically you honor that. You don't jack the price up knowing someone is interested. Also, an older gentleman came in with two lever actions looking for them to give him an appraisal. He asked them to wear gloves when touching them and the clerks made a big show of looking annoyed while they did it while simultaneously making sarcastic comments. Customer: "Do you know how much these are worth?" Jerks: "Well I'm not going to give you how much they are worth, then I won't make money!" Customer: "That's not what I asked, I'm just asking how much they are worth." Argumentative Jerks: "Well I can give you 2k total for both, final offer." Customer: "No thanks.""

"Went in looking for a little help with some gun repairs. Dillon not only fixed my lower, but he greased my gun and did a piston test that led to yet another repair. And he did all this gracefully while answering all my newbie questions and explaining everything. The selection isn't expansive, but there Is something for everyone. And my favorite way to start a hobby is when you can have the option of good, better, best. Pawn 66 suites my needs, and with the ability to trade in and trade up its going to be my gun shop for the foreseeable future"

"What a great business, I recently got a pawn here and they took such great care of me. The owners are very knowledgeable in firearms and conduct their business very respectfully. They also have a good selection of new and used guns (and other electronics) for sale. They were super respectful and I was surprised at the level of service that I received. Definitely will always have my business!!!!!"
