"Don’t get me wrong this place is gorgeous and I’ve learned a lot here. However easy cancellation is not in their vocabulary. I cancelled back in January and I have had nothing but harassment ever since. They have nonstop been calling and emailing me for payments that shouldn’t have even been charged to my account. I had to call my bank to get a stop payment on them because they kept charging me even after I cancelled. We are in March I’m sorry if your associates didn’t put notes in or properly do what they needed to do. It’s probably because you guys have done this before. I’ve spoken with some friends and this company has done the same to them. Even when I called to stop my payment the representative that was helping me had a similar story to mine as well so she understood the frustration I was going through. Unfortunately you cannot trust this company they will lie and not put notes in so they can continue to do things like charge you over and over again. I just want to be left alone. With the payments that they say I owe now they threaten to send it to collections even though they shouldn’t have charged me in the first place. I’m over this company and I would appreciate it if you guys would stop harassing me."

"EōS is much better Better than Planet Fitness by far. Their aquatics, saunas, and jacuzzi are great for relaxation. Don't forget to recover with a high-pressure hydro massager chair."
